Breathwork Ceremony

Curious? Our bodies are the archives of everything that happens to us. And when deep impact hits, we tend to hold our breath, which is exactly what gets us stuck in undesirable loops of the drama triangle. As our body and nervous system seeks to release trauma, it often calls in similar situations to the event that triggered what created the trauma in the first place. Not ideal. Most of us exist in the 5% of conscious territory while the 95% of unconscious living goes unnoticed. In Breathwork we break down the barrier between conscious and unconscious and give ourselves the chance to see and feel beyond limiting beliefs and patterns that don’t serve, and into the body archive where we find the alchemy for healing those very patterns. The cure for the pain is IN the pain. Which is why…conscious connected Breathwork. In ceremony we create a safe place to activate our nervous system with breath to release stuck energy and old trauma and therefor creating more flow and easy rhythm in our lives. Breathwork also has the power to take you into alternate states of consciousness. I have tried countless healing modalities but non has touched me as deeply as breathwork has. It is a truly transformative practice. A side benefit is that we clear 70% of the toxins from our bodies through our lungs. This means that Breathwork is a very purifying practice and needles to say important for our times. Come Breathe with us :) Friday January the 8th from 6-7.30 pm.
