The focus of yoga is to fully experience one's true nature.
This can be achieved (in Part) through the physical discipline of asana or physical postures. However, self-realization can be achieved through diving beyond the physical and into thoughts and emotions. Identifying the beliefs, patterns and imbalances that hinder us in our daily life is the first step.
